Slushe
https://slushe.com
Slushe is still in beta, at least according to the BETA stamp on the front logo. The term conjures up a half-finished, unfinished product that frankly should have been left in the dark to ferment longer. So I wasn't sure if this site was worth my or your time. Then I looked at the numbers and realized that this is not a shitty porn art library. We now have almost a million visitors a month, and that trend shows no signs of slowing down.
Slushe.com positions itself as an online community for sharing adult art. The concept is several steps ahead of the typical hentai library, which is simply content uploaded by people from other places and collected from all over the Internet. This device encourages artists to upload their original work and could be a goldmine for fans of both two-dimensional and three-dimensional sex art. I've been masturbating all morning watching Disney Channel cartoons, and I'm beginning to think my masturbation sessions could be more productive. Someone call the sperm bank and let them know I'll be donating sperm much later.
That's what "beta" means.
The sleek, modern look of the home page is not at all what I would classify as a "beta" site. They've clearly put a lot of time, effort and probably money into production and created something that looks more like a cutting-edge art site than your average throwaway sex-tube. The logo is clean and stylish, as is the overall presentation.
Slushe.com has a thumbnail-based layout, which in itself is nothing revolutionary. While many free porn sites use thumbnails, Slushe does it its own way, using tight, symmetrical square tiles showing futanari princesses, blood-sucking vampire whores, babes with giant tattoos leaking milk, and alien orgies.
Judging from the top image, one would assume the site is CG-oriented, but it's nice to see both hand-drawn and computer-generated art. The standard, at least of what is shown on the front page, seems pretty high. Not surprisingly, many of these people do this for a living. From realistic 3D models of beach girls to muscular female warriors to finely drawn cartoonists with curves, there's enough variety to make your brain lizards multiply.
Of course, you won't need much to stimulate that part of your brain. We have Nickelodeon and Pixar movies to billet the wood for slicey parodies, and we've only looked inside, but there's Elsa in a dominatrix costume with a huge dick, Kim Possible doing oral acts in the bathroom, and a lesbian scene from Overwatch Babe. There's also Harley Quinn masturbating to her own big dick.
Naked mermaids, futanari and more.
Slushe.com soon discovered that there are some perversions out there. That's because you can find horse dicks, naked mermaids, sex with monsters, futanari and more on the front page. The video porn format is complicated and expensive, but fans of deep, niche perversions can create their own art with greater ease.
First, I visited the category page on this site. I wanted to compare it to the crazy indexes on hentai sites, with thousands of niche fetish categories like "Schoolgirl Penis Ass Drop," "Tentacle Panty Harem" and "Pregnant Furry Inflatable." Slushe, on the other hand, is brilliant in the categories of pornographic art.
He narrows the list down to dozens of genres, each scrolling through the channel gallery, with some related to formats such as 2D, 3DX and animation. Others are related to porn genres such as BDSM, big butts, group sex/orgy, etc. Since this is an art site, there are also some quirky categories such as Monster and Dickgirl/Futanari. However, I was surprised by the lack of in-depth exploration of niches like BBW, rape, breastfeeding, furry, and pedophilia.
If you can't find your favorite kink in Slushe.com's category menu, just use the search function. With the exception of pedophiles, I was able to find a good collection for each of the "not found" categories I just mentioned. So I was curious to know what the rules of the site were.
What is and isn't on Slushe
Slushe's rules explicitly forbid uploading photos, movies, or anything not made by you. I don't think anyone would complain about this rule because it encourages artists to add fresh and appropriate material. There are also some standard rules: be polite and don't spam. However, some other rules will annoy those looking for more "extreme" content. Rape is allowed, but Slushe.com bans snuff, gore, and extreme violence, so there are no gory cartoon porn that is sometimes found on other sites. It also bans incest, but allows the same "taboo" content as regular porn sites where everyone is just married to each other.
Finally, it bans the creativity of minors. However, Slushe seems to want to avoid the headache of pedophiles and shorties entirely. This will come as an unpleasant surprise to some segments of the pornographic arts community, but I have to tell you all that no one else will miss it.
Where all the action is.
Slushe.com prides itself on being a real community of artists and fans, not just an archive of pornography, so I was curious to see how their forum would work. It's not a ghost town, but it's not as lively as one might expect. There have been no posts in any of the subforums for the past few days.
It made me realize that they are active elsewhere as well. The community is very active, but they are not chatting in the forums. Instead, fresh content is being added to Slushe.com day and night. In the hour or so since I started writing this review, an interracial scene with beach bums, a demonic woman on a leash with huge nipples, and a couple of 3D beauties checking themselves out in the mirror have been added. In addition, dozens of nude and lewd scenes have been added.
If you want to interact with the community a little more than just looking at pictures and waving your penis around, you can chat in the comments section under each porn movie. The site has social networking features: your username and icon are displayed below your favorite photos. There's also a simple button to share on Twitter, unless you're a loser who's been banned from using Twitter.
The people behind Slushe.com keep things interesting by holding regular art contests. They announced the winner of the Space Invasion Art Content contest and gave a nice interview to the artist. They are currently running a 4th of July contest where you can win prizes by picturing prostitutes wearing American flags on their bikinis. You don't have to be an artist to enter this contest by voting for your favorite piece.
If you wrap your pants around your ankles and take a little look at the site, you'll see why Slushe.com is getting so much attention. Even in beta, the site looks great, and an active user base of artists adds good work throughout the day. Fans of the more extreme sub-genres of pornographic art might want to look elsewhere, but fans of most 2D and 3D content will enjoy this menu.
I look forward to seeing how this work evolves and grows. Because they are off to a heck of a start.
